Affiliate, Influencer & Marketplace Growth Manager

Role Overview

Drive revenue through affiliate, influencer, and commerce partnerships. You'll scale existing channels and unlock new growth opportunities across content, creators, and partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Revenue & Growth Ownership:

1. Drive affiliate and influencer-led revenue

2. Identify, onboard, and scale creators on Instagram and YouTube

3. Build and manage high-impact partnerships

4. Expand across partner ecosystems and commerce platforms

5. Own campaign performance (revenue, ROI, conversions)

Secondary (Support / Ops)

1. Track and optimize performance across campaigns

2. Manage affiliate workflows (tracking, reporting, payouts)

3. Support commerce initiatives and partner activations

Required Skills

1. 5–8 years in affiliate / influencer / performance marketing

2. Proven revenue ownership (not just execution)

3. Strong understanding of content -> commerce funnels

4. Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking, attribution

5. Strong negotiation and partnership skills

6. Excel / Google Sheets proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with large affiliate ecosystems or media networks

2. Exposure to multi-brand / cross-category platforms

3. Familiarity with UTMs, dashboards, and performance tracking
