We are hiring an Affiliate Growth Manager – Reseller & Telegram Channels to scale high-volume reseller, Telegram, coupon, and cashback ecosystems and unlock incremental revenue through community-led acquisition models.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Growth

Launch, manage, and optimize CPS-based coupon & cashback campaigns with clear ROI ownership.

Execute Telegram inventory bulk-buying by negotiating pricing, slots, and volumes with channel owners and vendors.

Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across active campaigns to maximize revenue.

Scale GMV, orders, and revenue through deal-led, promo-heavy, and cashback strategies.

Affiliate Engagement & Retention

Pitch offers daily to active and dormant affiliates, including previously inactive or declined partners.

Conduct monthly face-to-face meetings / conference calls to build trust and unlock new growth avenues.

Share weekly performance stats and monthly business plans with affiliates via emails and groups.

Affiliate Support & Issue Resolution

Respond to affiliate queries within 24 hours and close resolutions within 3 business days.

Provide tracking links, campaign details, payout structures, and realistic delivery expectations.

Maintain structured documentation of affiliate communication (Telegram/IM/email) with supervisor visibility.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and reconcile campaign numbers weekly and monthly with affiliates to ensure accuracy.

Share structured performance feedback reports to improve quality and scale.

Maintain campaign-level d ocumentation covering outcomes, challenges, and corrective actions.

Strategic Relationship Building

Build long-term partnerships with resellers, coupon, and cashback affiliates through transparency and consistency.

Offer customized solutions aligned with affiliate traffic models and margins.

Drive loyalty and trust via fair reconciliations, clean tracking, and reliable campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Publisher Growth / Performance Partnerships.
  • Strong hands-on exposure to Reseller models, Telegram traffic, Coupon & Cashback affiliates.
  • Proven ability to scale non-influencer, community-led channels.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate economics, margins, CPS payouts, and deal structures.
  • Experience handling high-volume, deal-driven traffic.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams.
