The Partnerships Expert will own the end- to- end partnership lifecycle - from strategy and pipeline building to negotiation, execution, and performance tracking. This role will sit within the Marketing team, ensuring every partnership is growth- linked, measurable, and scalable.
Banking Partnerships
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
- Identify and onboard key banking and fintech partners for co- branded offers, EMI plans, cashback tie-ups, and festival campaigns.
- Drive negotiations for joint marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with brand and legal guidelines.
- Deliver incremental acquisition and measurable ROI from each collaboration.
Affiliate And Performance Partnerships
- Build and manage affiliate network partners, coupon platforms, and performance- based publishers.
- Set up structured tracking, attribution, and payout models in sync with performance team metrics.
- Optimize partner performance through A/B testing, creative sharing, and exclusive offers.
Strategic 3rd Party Partnerships
- Explore partnerships with e- commerce ecosystems, gifting platforms, loyalty programs, and corporates for bundled or B2B distribution.
- Negotiate win- win deals that drive visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage end- to- end partner relationships, including contracts, commercials, and execution timelines.
Analytics And Reporting
- Build and own the partnership P& L - forecast spends, measure CAC, ROAS, and incremental contribution from partnerships.
- Track performance dashboards with attribution clarity and share learnings with senior leadership.
- Ensure all partnerships tie back to core growth levers (traffic, conversion, retention).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or affiliate/performance marketing (preferably in a D2C/e- commerce brand, fintech, or agency).
- Strong network with banks, fintechs, affiliates, and 3rd party platforms is a plus.
- Negotiation and deal- making skills with an ability to drive outcome- based contracts.
- Data- driven mindset: strong grasp on CAC, ROAS, and CM contribution.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and cross- functional collaboration skills.
