This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at YES Germany's Bengaluru office. The Admissions Counselor will assist prospective students by providing guidance on educational opportunities in Germany, including admissions processes, visa procedures, and program selection. Responsibilities include addressing student inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of admission requirements, and supporting students throughout their application journey. The role requires strong collaborative and communication skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to connect effectively with students and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in Customer Service to deliver a high-quality experience for prospective students
• Sales skills to support admissions goals by promoting educational opportunities
• Understanding of the Education sector, especially concerning international academic programs
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment with flexibility and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field
• Familiarity with German education systems and visa procedures is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages is an advantage
