Trill Route is one of Bengaluru's leading contemporary music schools, serving hundreds of students through structured programs, industry exposure, and a strong student-first culture.

We're expanding our Student Experience Team and are looking for Admissions Counselors who can confidently guide parents and students through their learning journey - from first enquiry to long - term continuation. This is a high-ownership, people-facing role involving communication and guidance.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from parents & students (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
• Conduct outreach and follow-up calls, including cold calls when required
• Understand learning goals and recommend suitable programs
• Schedule and coordinate trial classes; track attendance and outcomes
• Support parents and students with timely updates and clarifications
• Coordinate with academic and centre teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Track upcoming renewals and proactively engage families
• Conduct renewal conversations and assist through the continuation process
• Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, trials, and renewals
• Follow structured processes to meet daily admissions and renewal targets

Who We're Looking For

• 1 to 5 years experience in admissions, sales, counselling, customer service, or hospitality
• Strong English communication and professional presence
• Organised, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
• Comfortable working with structured processes and CRM tools
• Someone who genuinely values a student-first, service-oriented approach

Work Details

• On-site role at our Indiranagar centre
• 6-day work week
