Role Description

The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students to provide tailored guidance on course selection, admission processes, and application deadlines. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with applications, and maintaining clear communication with students and their families. The counselor will also collaborate with educational institutions and ensure a seamless admissions process for students. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to assist and guide students effectively
• Knowledge and interest in the Education sector
• Ability to effectively manage relationships and work collaboratively with students, families, and institutions
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; experience in admissions counseling or education consulting is a plus
