Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment. Responsibilities include providing detailed information about the school, addressing inquiries, conducting school tours, and assisting families in completing the admission process smoothly. Supporting enrollment goals and participating in school events to represent the admissions office are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Customer Service and Sales skills to provide exceptional support and assist families in their decision-making process.
• Background or experience in Education to understand the academic and developmental needs of students.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple admissions tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in using technology and admissions management systems is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain professionalism in a school environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
