About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselors to join our growing team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, understanding their learning needs, and helping them choose the right courses/programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via calls, chats, emails, and virtual meetings
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and career outcomes
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Handle queries, objections, and concerns effectively
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
