We're expanding our Student Experience Team and are looking for Admissions Counselors who can confidently guide parents and students through their learning journey - from first enquiry to long - term continuation. This is a high-ownership, people-facing role involving communication and guidance.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from parents & students (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
- Conduct outreach and follow-up calls, including cold calls when required
- Understand learning goals and recommend suitable programs
- Schedule and coordinate trial classes; track attendance and outcomes
- Support parents and students with timely updates and clarifications
- Coordinate with academic and centre teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Track upcoming renewals and proactively engage families
- Conduct renewal conversations and assist through the continuation process
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, trials, and renewals
- Follow structured processes to meet daily admissions and renewal targets
Who We're Looking For
- 1 to 5 years experience in admissions, sales, counselling, customer service, or hospitality
- Strong English communication and professional presence
- Organised, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
- Comfortable working with structured processes and CRM tools
- Someone who genuinely values a student-first, service-oriented approach
