Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic, student-centric, and target-driven Admissions Counselors to join our Admissions & Marketing Department. The role involves counseling prospective students and parents, managing admission processes, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to enrollment growth for AIMS Institutes and the upcoming University.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, eligibility, career pathways, and admission procedures
  • Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, online inquiries, leads, and follow-ups efficiently
  • Support student recruitment activities for AIMS Institutes and the upcoming University
  • Maintain accurate admission records, CRM data, and documentation
  • Coordinate with academic departments for program-related information
  • Participate in school/college visits, education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach programs
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital lead management
  • Achieve admission targets and contribute to institutional growth objectives
  • Ensure high-quality student experience and professional communication
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and student transition processes

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Experience: 4+ years in admissions, counseling, education marketing, or student recruitment
  • Skills Required:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong convincing, negotiation, and counseling abilities
    • Customer-centric mindset
    • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling)
    • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
    • Team player with a professional attitude
