Job Description

We are looking for a driven Deal Closer to take ownership of the final stage of our sales cycle. The role involves converting qualified leads into successful enrollments through effective communication, strong persuasion, and a consultative approach.

You'll play a key role in achieving monthly targets and driving revenue growth for our psychology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of hot and qualified leads and convert them into enrollments
• Understand learner needs, explain program benefits, and address objections confidently
• Maintain high call-to-conversion ratios through persuasive selling techniques
• Follow up strategically via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure closure
• Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of all conversations and closures in the CRM system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Psychology preferred)
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales or EdTech closing roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong ability to handle objections and convert interest into commitment
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure
