Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering inquiries, providing accurate program and admissions details, assisting with application processes, and following up with prospective students. The role will involve actively engaging in promoting programs, addressing concerns, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Customer Service skills to engage with prospective students and their families effectively
- Experience in Sales and promoting educational programs
- Understanding of educational programs, systems, and admissions processes
- Ability to build rapport and provide guidance tailored to individual needs
- Proficiency in scheduling consultations and managing multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field and prior experience in counseling or educational services is preferred
