Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor at Shri Khushal Das University, located in Hanumangarh. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for promoting enrollment opportunities, guiding prospective students through the application process, and assisting in course selection. This role also involves maintaining communication with potential students, parents, and stakeholders, providing engaging and accurate information about university programs, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience. Additionally, the role includes organizing and participating in outreach initiatives such as events, workshops, and campus visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively connect and engage with prospective students and their families.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders during the admissions process.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques to promote university offerings and inspire prospective students to enroll.
• Familiarity with or experience in the Education sector is preferred to adequately address academic queries and guide students in course selection.
• Bachelor's degree in any field is required; a degree in Education, Business, or related fields is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in digital tools and communication platforms is a plus.
