Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and provide guidance on admission processes.
- Evaluate and assess student applications and provide recommendations.
- Conduct informational sessions and webinars to promote the institution's programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events and campus visits.
- Provide accurate information regarding programs, fees, and scholarships available.
- Maintain student databases and track admissions metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of admission processes and educational systems in India.
- Experience with CRM software and databases is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
