Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Admission Counsellor, based in Delhi. The Junior Admission Counsellor will provide guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities in Germany. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, guiding students through admission processes, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth transition for clients. The role requires close collaboration with other team members and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Sales skills to effectively promote educational services and programs
• Background or familiarity in the Education domain
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including German, is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in student counseling or education consulting is a plus
