Job Title: Counselor / Senior Counselor – Global Certifications (Inside Sales)

We are actively hiring Counselors and Senior Counselors for our Global Certifications vertical. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong sales orientation and a passion for guiding learners toward globally recognized certification programs.

• Drive revenue through inside sales activities.
• Counsel prospective learners for professional certification programs such as CMA, CFA, ACCA, and FRM.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to enrollment.
• Engage with high-intent leads and convert them into successful admissions.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
• Achieve individual sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

• Experience in Inside Sales, Education Sales, or EdTech Sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative selling and counseling abilities.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
