The Sr. Admission Counsellor will work on-site in Noida and will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process. This full-time role involves providing personalized counseling sessions, evaluating student needs, and recommending suitable degree programs aligned with their career aspirations. The counselor will also facilitate inquiries, assess eligibility for various programs, and ensure transparent communication regarding program details. Collaboration with the admissions team and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students forms a critical part of the role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students and families
• Customer service and sales proficiency to provide a high-quality admissions experience and guide students toward informed decisions
• Understanding of the education sector, including degree programs and career paths, for delivering expert advice
• Ability to build trust and manage inquiries with transparency, clarity, and confidence
• Relevant experience in student counseling, education services, or admissions is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on career counseling
• Proficiency in handling basic administrative tasks and using CRM systems is an asset
