Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor, based in Hyderabad. The Admission Counsellor will guide parents and students through the school admission process, providing personalized counseling and support. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, explaining admission requirements, facilitating the application process, and helping families make informed decisions. The role also involves maintaining a strong understanding of school-related offerings and contributing to the overall success of the platform.

Qualifications

• B2C Sales experience and Communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with parents and schools.
• Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional experience and address inquiries effectively.
• Sales and persuasion skills to promote the platform's offerings and support enrollment processes.
• Understanding or experience in the Education sector to better guide parents through the admission process.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site team environment in Delhi.
• Prior experience in similar roles is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field preferred.
