Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Admission Counsellor (On-site – Faridabad).
You will:
- Guide students on courses, colleges, and career paths
- Handle student inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Assist in admissions & documentation process
- Maintain student records and follow-ups
- Support students & parents throughout the admission journey
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students and families.
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on building trust and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of the Education sector, including familiarity with admission processes, course structures, and career pathways.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is a plus.
