Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Manager role located in Faridabad. The Team Manager will oversee daily team operations, manage performance, and ensure the achievement of set targets. Responsibilities include providing guidance and support to team members, monitoring workflow efficiency, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role requires fostering a performance-driven environment while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and organizational goals.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in financial services with knowledge of loans, credit analysis, and banking products
• Ability to develop strategies, set goals, and monitor progress effectively
• Experience in client relationship management and delivering customer-centric services
• Proficiency in financial tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous management experience in financial services, banking, or consultancy is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related discipline
