What You'll Be Responsible For
• Managing and organizing high-volume inbound email communication
• Drafting clear, professional responses and outbound follow-ups
• Tracking ongoing conversations and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Coordinating communication between internal teams and external contacts
• Creating and improving email templates, communication systems, and workflows
• Supporting leadership with communication-related operational tasks
