Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lado Sarai for an Admission Counsellor at BML Munjal University. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for engaging prospective students and families, providing personalized guidance, and addressing queries about the university's programs and admissions process. Additional tasks include maintaining effective communication with applicants, conducting follow-ups, and supporting students in completing the application process. The role requires promoting the university's values and offerings while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students, families, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to provide a supportive and responsive applicant experience.
- Experience in Sales and Education-related discussions to guide applicants in their decision-making process efficiently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. Prior experience in admissions or academic counseling is a plus.
