Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Responsibilities (20%)
- Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, vendors, and guests.
- Handle incoming couriers, visitor entries, and general reception coordination.
- Support meeting room scheduling and basic guest hospitality arrangements.
- Ensure the reception and common areas remain presentable and well managed at all times.
Administration Responsibilities (80%)
- Oversee day-to-day administration and office coordination at the Goa location.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, pantry, vendors for smooth daily operations.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, stock replenishment, and general operational requirements.
- Support transport, and local logistics coordination as required.
- Handle invoice tracking, bill processing, and admin documentation.
- Ensure upkeep, maintenance, and timely resolution of facility-related issues.
- Maintain trackers, records, and administrative data with accuracy.
- Support onboarding logistics, seating readiness, access coordination, and other office requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a local candidate based in Goa.
- Should have prior experience in front desk, administration, office coordination, or a similar role.
- Must be a strong multitasker with the ability to handle both people-facing and backend coordination work.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills are essential.
- Should be organized, presentable, proactive, and service-oriented.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and trackers.
Preferred Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in administration, front desk, or office operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple day-to-day priorities.
- Able to take ownership of routine admin matters with minimal supervision.
