Role Responsibilities -

  • Provide compliance and audit support across operational processes.
  • Manage OPEX budgeting and expenditure tracking.
  • Coordinate with regional teams for seamless operational alignment.
  • Track and manage service requests via AIMS platform.
  • Prepare and analyse - budget vs actual MIS reports for OPEX.
  • Create and maintain MIS reports tracking business spend for the admin team

Inputs for Candidate Criteria

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Experience: 3-5 years in administrative operations, budgeting, and MIS reporting within financial services.
  • Domain Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of OPEX budgeting and cost control in a regulated financial environment.
    • Understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements in Financial Services
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Skilled in preparing budget vs actual reports and spend analysis.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Interpersonal skills to liaise with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Reasonable written and verbal communication for reporting and documentation.
