Job Description
Role Responsibilities -
- Provide compliance and audit support across operational processes.
- Manage OPEX budgeting and expenditure tracking.
- Coordinate with regional teams for seamless operational alignment.
- Track and manage service requests via AIMS platform.
- Prepare and analyse - budget vs actual MIS reports for OPEX.
- Create and maintain MIS reports tracking business spend for the admin team
Inputs for Candidate Criteria
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience: 3-5 years in administrative operations, budgeting, and MIS reporting within financial services.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of OPEX budgeting and cost control in a regulated financial environment.
- Understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements in Financial Services
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Analytical Skills:
- Skilled in preparing budget vs actual reports and spend analysis.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Interpersonal skills to liaise with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Reasonable written and verbal communication for reporting and documentation.
