Job Description
*Key Responsibilities*
Coordinate with marketing and advertising agencies for campaign planning and execution
Manage end-to-end coordination for marketing shoots, ad shoots, and promotional campaigns
Act as the primary point of contact for brand ambassadors, actors, and external creative partners
Schedule and organize shoot calendars, campaign timelines, and marketing activity plansHandle communication, documentation, and coordination related to marketing projects
Support the marketing team with administrative and operational tasks
Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals from agencies and internal stakeholders
Arrange meetings, bookings, and vendor coordination related to shoots and campaigns
Maintain records of contracts, invoices, and agency agreements
Ensure smooth cross-team coordination between marketing, vendors, and management

Good at vendor and stakeholder management ability
Excellent calendar and schedule management
Attention to detail and multitasking capability
Professional follow-up and Coordination with Agencies, Coordination with Actors, Documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment
Good email drafting and reporting skills
*Preferred Qualifications*
Graduate in any stream
Freshers or 6 months of experience in admin, marketing coordination, or agency coordination roles
Experience coordinating shoots, events, or campaigns is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office
