We are looking for a responsible and
well-organized Admin Executive to
manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of
coordinating with internal teams and
external vendors efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination.
- Maintain proper records, files, and documentation (physical and digital).
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, courier management .
- Coordinate basic HR tasks and help maintain organized office administration.
- Ensure overall office discipline and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 12 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
