Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with internal teams and external vendors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination.
  • Maintain proper records, files, and documentation (physical and digital).
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, courier management .
  • Coordinate basic HR tasks and help maintain organized office administration.
  • Ensure overall office discipline and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 12 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Working Days: 6 Days Working

Any Bachelor Degree
