Position Overview: We are seeking a competent and proactive Female Admin Executive who will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, maintaining office discipline, and supporting cross-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently to ensure the department's optimal performance.

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Admin Executive role based in Mumbai. The Admin Executive will

  •  Maintain and update various agreements, documents, forms, and formats as per approved

templates.

  • Manage attendance records and communicate updates to the concerned authorities

promptly.

  • Provide administrative support and coordinate effectively with other departments.
  • Implement and monitor quality and cost control measures across departments.
  • Ensure a clean, organised, and professional office environment.
  • Coordinate between Customer Service, Sales Teams, Clients, and Vendors.
  • Take initiative and manage daily administrative tasks in the manager's absence.
  • Maintain and regularly update the SOP manual to ensure standardised procedures.
  • Organise and prioritise incoming correspondence, emails, and requests for the

reporting manager.

  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Conduct phone surveys or inquiries as required.
  • Reorder and maintain supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Regularly update mailing lists and phone directories.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory of kits, stationery, and office materials.
  • Handle flight bookings and travel arrangements efficiently.

Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma in Administration (or equivalent).

  • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other computer

applications.

Other Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive.

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
