The Admin & Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless office administration while creating a vibrant, engaging, and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement events.
Build and maintain the engagement calendar.
Coordinate newhire engagement and induction.
Organize leadership and global team visits.
Support annual corporate events.
Office Administration
Manage daytoday office administration and facility operations.
Act as single point of contact for admin.
Oversee vendor management and invoices.
Handle procurement and inventory.
Manage travel, hospitality, and courier services.
Coordinate facility maintenance and safety compliance.
Manage office security, workspace, and equipment.
HR Support
Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, induction.
Support exit formalities.
Insurance & Compliance
Manage Group Medical Insurance processes.
Ensure audit readiness and compliance.
Support safety and ISO/HSQE initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
58 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Strong Event Management experience Skills - Office events like arranging cultural events, Birthday parties, client welcome, open house, townhall.
Proficiency in MS Office/365.
