About the role:
We are looking for a seasoned Admin and Procurement professional to oversee our Pune office operations. You will be the backbone of our facility management, ensuring cost-effective procurement, seamless vendor relations, and high standards of security and pantry services.
Location: Pune, MH
What You'll Do
1. Strategic Procurement & Vendor Management
Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify, vet, and onboard vendors for office supplies, IT assets, and facility services. Negotiate terms to ensure the best balance of quality and cost.
Lifecycle Management: Maintain a database of preferred vendors, track performance via KPIs, and manage annual renewals/contracts.
Compliance: Ensure all vendor agreements align with company policies and local labor laws.
2. Facility & Security Administration
Security Management: Direct supervision of security personnel. Ensure 24/7 coverage, manage visitor logs, and oversee surveillance/CCTV protocols.
Office Upkeep: Manage general repairs, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for ACs, fire safety equipment, and UPS systems.
3. Pantry & Hospitality Services
Inventory Control: Manage the procurement and daily distribution of pantry supplies, including food, beverages, and fresh fruit.
Hygiene Standards: Ensure the pantry staff maintains high levels of cleanliness and that food items meet safety standards. 4. General Administration
Asset Management: Maintain a precise inventory of all physical assets within the Pune office.
Billing & Documentation: Verify invoices against deliveries, manage the admin budget, and coordinate with the Finance team for timely payments.
On Your First Day, We'll Expect You to Have Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: 57 years in a dedicated Admin/Procurement role (Real Estate, IT, or Manufacturing sectors preferred).
Skills:
Language: Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is highly preferred for local vendor coordination.
