Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Accounts Executive to handle administrative tasks along with basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Accounts Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting entries and maintain records
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Assist in GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Reconcile bank statements
- Support in monthly financial closing
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors and handle procurement of office supplies
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Assist in employee onboarding documentation
- Handle travel arrangements and meeting coordination
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of GST and compliance
- Ability to handle both admin and accounts tasks
