Accounting Software - Technical Support Internship
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Intern for a 6-month internship program. This role is ideal for B.Com graduates or candidates with a strong finance background who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in client support and financial systems.
The intern will be responsible for assisting clients with technical and functional queries, ensuring smooth communication, and coordinating with the development team to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
- Provide technical and functional support to clients via calls, emails, or support platforms
- Understand client issues related to Accounting Software and communicate with internal team and ensure timely closure
- Troubleshoot basic system or usage issues and escalate complex cases when required
- Act as a bridge between clients and the development team for issue resolution
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and solutions provided
- Assist in testing and validating fixes or updates before client delivery
What we Expect from you
- B.Com graduate or candidates with a finance/accounting background
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn software systems
- Knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems (added advantage)
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic reporting
- Customer handling or support experience (even academic/project level
