Job Description

  • Strong working experience with Zoho software (Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting) is mandatory

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, vouchers, journal entries, and reconciliations

  • Prepare and manage GST compliance (returns, filings, reconciliation)

  • Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and expense tracking

  • Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

  • Work closely with internal teams for billing, collections, and financial reporting



  • Requirements

  • Strong working experience with Zoho software (Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting) is mandatory

  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting

  • Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance
