Responsibilities (one or more of the following depending on your role):
- Handle Accounts Payable / Receivable, VAT, GST, and international tax compliance
- Work on Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, MS Excel and automation tools
- UK Personal Tax Returns (PTRs), HMRC compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of accounting processes and client instructions
- Ensure compliance with client deadlines and support timely query resolution
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow automation
Must-Have Skills (you should have one or more of the following):
- Accounting software: Xero, QuickBooks, Sage
- Core competencies: AP/AR, General Ledger, Journal Entries, VAT/GST
- Reporting tools: Financial reporting, advanced MS Excel
- Others: Client handling, compliance knowledge, documentation skills
Additional Skills That Will Be An Advantage
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in Power BI, Tableau, Python (basic), SQL, or Power Query
- Exposure to AI-powered tools or accounting automation platforms
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, or financial workflow improvements
