About The Role
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with AdTech experience to manage Insertion Orders (IOs), invoicing, reconciliation, and coordination with advertisers and publishers. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a clear understanding of the AdTech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process Insertion Orders (IOs) for advertisers and publishers.
- Prepare and share accurate invoices for advertisers and publishers as per monthly delivery.
- Handle billing, reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain records of campaign spends, revenue, and payouts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) for smooth account management.
- Validate monthly reports, spends, and payout sheets.
- Ensure timely invoice submission and payment tracking.
- Assist in financial audits, documentation, and data accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date MIS reports and account summaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in the AdTech industry (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of advertiserpublisher workflow (CPI/CPL/CPA campaigns).
- Strong knowledge of Excel, billing, and reconciliation processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Experience with internal accounting/finance tools.
- Exposure to programmatic, affiliate, or performance marketing billing processes.
