Role overview & Key responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure our solutions meet those needs effectively.
Service Delivery Oversight:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of services and resolution of any operational challenges.
- Monitor the delivery of impact reports, recycling certificates, and other key service components.
- Track client engagement and proactively address any gaps or feedback.
Account Growth & Retention:
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and increase account value.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.
- Drive renewal discussions and maintain high client retention rates.
Reporting & Communication:
- Maintain clear documentation of all client interactions, updates, and service milestones.
- Share regular updates and reports with clients regarding impact metrics, service performance, and sustainability outcomes.
- Present data and insights in a client-friendly manner through presentations and review meetings.
Client Onboarding & Transition Support:
- Work closely with the onboarding team during the transition phase for new clients.
- Ensure smooth handover from onboarding to account management.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in B2B or sustainability-driven companies.
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for report creation and presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and helpdesk platforms (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk) is an added advantage.
- Comfort with using Google Workspace and internal tracking systems.
