Role Description
This is a remote (Work-From-Home) role for an Operations & Accounts Executive. The position involves handling daily administrative and accounting tasks, managing invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting documentation workflows. The individual will work closely with the team to prepare reports, organize digital files, draft professional communication, and ensure smooth operational functioning.
The role requires strong skills in Excel, Word, PDF handling, and an ability to manage data with accuracy.
Required Skills and Experience
Proficiency in invoicing, maintaining basic financial records, and assisting with bookkeeping/ledger entries.
Ability to manage accounts receivable, track payments, and prepare expense summaries.
High-level proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, sorting, data management).
Strong command of MS Word and PDF tools (editing, merging, converting).
Excellent typing speed (preferably 30+ WPM) with high accuracy.
Strong communication skills for drafting professional emails and documents.
Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred (Commerce or Finance background beneficial but not mandatory if experience is strong).
Experience
12 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or invoicing support role (preferred).
Freshers with strong software skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books.
Experience with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, or data reporting in Excel.
