Job Title:Accountant (End-to-End Client Accounting)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Accountant for our client. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end accounting knowledge and hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably from a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm background. This is a high-ownership role where you will independently handle complete accounting cycles for 4-5 clients.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting for 4-5 client accounts independently
• Complete bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation
• Manage accounts payable & receivable, GST compliance, TDS, and statutory filings
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and finalization of accounts
• Handle income tax, GST audits, and other statutory compliances
• Work on finalization of accounts and support in tax audits
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Maintain proper documentation and working papers for all assignments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Strong preference for candidates who have worked in a CA Firm managing multiple client accounts
• Excellent knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes, GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, and other accounting software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Commerce Graduate / M.Com / CA Inter (CA qualified will be an added advantage)
