Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Accountant role located in Hyderabad. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate records, handling direct and indirect tax compliances, and conducting general ledger reconciliations. Responsibilities also include preparing tax returns, assisting with audits, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing detailed financial analysis to support business decisions. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to regulatory requirements, and the ability to provide financial reports within strict timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and managing General Ledger reconciliations
• Skills in Taxation, including knowledge of Direct Tax (TDS, Income Tax) and Indirect Tax (GST compliance, filings, and audits)
• Experience in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Cashflow Forecasting, and preparing financial strategies
• Ability to conduct Audits such as Statutory, Internal, and Compliance audits
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, including ROC filings, company law, and FEMA regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel; familiarity with financial modeling tools is a plus
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Chartered Accountant or equivalent) are required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
