We are looking for an Accountant with 24 years of hands-on experience in accounting and a solid understanding of US accounting and tax concepts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting activities and supporting compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Work on accounts payable and receivable
- Support US accounting and tax-related tasks
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in the accounting field
- Strong knowledge of US accounting principles and tax terminology
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Exposure to US clients or US-based accounting processes
- Experience with QuickBooks.
