Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll transactions
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payments
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
