Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Jaipur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and producing accurate reports for management. The role involves overseeing payroll, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial trends, and supporting audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, payroll management, and compliance procedures
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for financial forecasting and budgeting
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of financial principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
• 6 months to 1 year of professional accounting experience preferred
