Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations including dispatches of finished goods and receipt of raw materials.
- Manage inventory control and stock levels to ensure smooth production and timely supplies.
- Supervise labor force and coordinate with workers to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Handle various ad hoc activities related to factory workflow and maintenance as required.
- Manage accounting functions including creating and maintaining sales invoices using Tally ERP software.
- Maintain general ledgers and perform bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on factory performance, inventory status, and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers related to invoicing and payments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in factory operations or production management is preferred.
- Basic accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in Tally or similar accounting software.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills to handle both operational and accounting duties efficiently.
- Proactive and responsible, able to work independently in a small company environment.
