Role: Account Manager with a minimum of 1 year experience in client-facing roles. 100% on-site, full-time position.
What This Role Is NOT:
- Not a sales or business development role (at least in the short term)
- Not an accounts/finance position
- Not a remote or hybrid role
Key Responsibilities:
Short-term (1-2 years):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts (based in India and overseas), managing all communications and building strong relationships
- Coordinate communication design projects across internal teams (designers, content writers) and partners (print vendors, logistics providers)
- Lead client meetings, including project briefings and presentation of creative work; prepare proposals and project documentation
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
- Monitor project timelines and proactively flag potential delays or issues
- Maintain organized records of client communications, project briefs, and deliverables
Medium to long-term (2-3 years):
- Develop deep understanding of clients business objectives, technical products, and industry contexts
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expanded service offerings within existing accounts
- Potential to take on leadership of key client portfolios (across geographies) and shape market strategy based on performance and aptitude

Basic Terms of Employment:
- Permanent, full-time, on-site role at our Kanakapura Road office
- Working hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Ownership and flexibility: While our standard schedule is 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday, there will be occasional situations, such as production deliveries, print oversight, or client emergencies, where you may need to be on-site on Saturdays or work extended hours. This doesn't happen frequently, but when it does, we value team members who take ownership and do what it takes to deliver excellence, rather than watching the clock
- Flexibility required for occasional client calls across time zones
- 6 months probation (no paid leaves during probation)
- 3 months notice period if employee wishes to terminate the contract
Skills and Tools Required:
- Prior experience in an agency or design studio environment (minimum 6 months)
- Confident English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and work with engineering/manufacturing-focused clients is a plus
- Knowledge of German is a plus
