Job Role: Accounts Manager
Budget: upto 70k per month

Scope of Work:
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and related reports.
- Ensure smooth and compliant month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain comprehensive accounting records and ensure proper reconciliation of all financial accounts
Tax Compliance & Planning
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory tax returns including Income Tax, GST, VAT, payroll tax, and other applicable taxes.
- Stay updated with amendments in tax laws and regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance.
- Identify tax risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize tax liabilities and implement effective tax strategies.
Tax Audits & Disputes
- Coordinate and work closely with external auditors during annual tax and statutory audits, ensuring all tax-related matters are resolved.
- Manage tax-related correspondence, queries, and disputes with tax authorities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for tax audits, filings, and regulatory reviews.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to enhance accuracy, integrity, and compliance within financial reporting and taxation.
- Review existing processes regularly and recommend improvements to strengthen efficiency and best practices.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, guide, and supervise the accounting and tax team, providing ongoing support and training.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance work environment, ensuring the team meets deadlines and adheres to company policies.
Financial Analysis
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management on financial performance, tax efficiency, and overall financial health.
- Support strategic decision-making by offering well-evaluated, tax-effective financial solutions.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, factoring in tax implications.
- Ensure alignment of tax planning initiatives with the company's long-term financial goals and projections.
