Job Description

  • Design and streamline templates for review presentations and spreadsheets for routine management review meetings.
  • Monitor performance by tracking schedule and cost variances.
  • Develop MIS templates/dashboards for effective monitoring of capex projects.
  • Provide monthly updates on issues and progress to Senior Management.
  • Assist in developing meeting agendas and identifying key discussion points.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and reports as per stakeholders requirements.
