Responsibilities
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
- Understand client hiring needs, role requirements, timelines, priorities, and expectations.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and review meetings.
- Ensure timely communication on hiring progress, challenges, and candidate status.
Requirement Understanding
- Take detailed job requirement briefs from clients.
- Understand must-have and good-to-have skills for each role.
- Clarify role expectations, work location, budget, experience range, interview process, and joining timelines.
- Translate client requirements clearly for the internal recruitment and AI screening teams.
Delivery Coordination
- Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure relevant candidate submissions.
- Track sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback, offer, and joining stages.
- Ensure candidate quality before profiles are shared with the client.
- Follow up internally to avoid delays and maintain hiring momentum.
Business Growth
- Identify opportunities for repeat hiring and account expansion.
- Build trust with clients by ensuring reliable delivery.
- Support business development by identifying new requirements within existing accounts.
- Help improve client retention and revenue from assigned accounts.
Process & Reporting
- Maintain accurate updates in the ATS / CRM.
- Share regular reports on open roles, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Monitor account-level metrics such as turnaround time, submission quality, interview conversion, and closure rate.
- Escalate delivery issues early and work with internal teams to resolve them.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, account management, client servicing, or talent acquisition.
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
- Good communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with targets, timelines, and hiring pressure.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to get work done across teams.
- Good coordination skills with recruiters, candidates, and clients.
- Comfortable using ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Required Skills
- Experience in contract staffing or technology hiring.
- Exposure to automotive, aerospace, embedded, manufacturing, GCC, or engineering roles.
- Prior experience working with Bangalore-based enterprise clients.
- Understanding of AI-led recruitment tools or recruitment automation.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and roles simultaneously.
