About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client accounts within our IT Services and Digital Transformation business. This role will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, ensuring successful delivery execution, and identifying opportunities to expand existing engagements

.The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise clients, working closely with delivery and leadership teams, and owning overall account health, customer satisfaction, and business growth

Key Responsibiliti

  • esServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client account
  • s.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and decision-maker
  • s.Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technology prioritie
  • s.Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion initiative
  • s.Collaborate with delivery, presales, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution of client engagement
  • s.Conduct regular account reviews and governance meetings with client
  • s.Monitor account performance, revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and delivery outcome
  • s.Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issue
  • s.Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, and statement-of-work (SOW) extension
  • s.Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to account planning activitie

Required Skills & Experie

    6–12 years of experience in Account Management, Client Partner, Engagement Management, Customer Success, or related client-facing ro
  • les.Proven experience managing and growing client accounts within IT Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data, or Managed Services environme
  • nts.Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement ski
  • lls.Experience driving account growth, renewals, and revenue expans
  • ion.Good understanding of delivery models, resource planning, project execution, and offshore/onshore engagement mod
