Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand customer business goals and align solutions to drive value
Account Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Own account renewals and ensure high retention rates
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue growth
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams
- Advocate for customer needs internally to improve product and service offerings
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor account health metrics and customer usage data
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Report on account performance, renewals, and growth pipeline
- 4- 8 years of experience in Account Management in a SaaS.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription lifecycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets ( upsell, cross sell ) and customer retention goals
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
