Job Description

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand customer business goals and align solutions to drive value

Account Growth & Revenue Expansion

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Own account renewals and ensure high retention rates
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue growth

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to improve product and service offerings
  • Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor account health metrics and customer usage data
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
  • Report on account performance, renewals, and growth pipeline
  • 4- 8 years of experience in Account Management in a SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription lifecycle
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets ( upsell, cross sell ) and customer retention goals
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
