Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Baleshwar, with the flexibility to work remotely at times. The Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing account operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client portfolios, monitoring performance metrics, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Additionally, the Account Manager will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and provide regular progress updates to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills with an ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in account management, reporting, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role with a mix of office-based and remote responsibilities.
  • Experience in the agricultural or agribusiness sector is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
