Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee financial operations within a dynamic commodity trading environment. The role demands strong expertise in broker statement accounting, multi-currency transactions, and reconciliation processes across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting of broker statements for each trader
- Maintain and manage individual trader accounts in Tally
- Consolidate the financials of all traders within Tally ERP
- Record and track investments across commodities and other asset classes
- Perform regular reconciliation between broker statements and Tally records
- Handle accounting of foreign currency transactions on a global scale
- Develop, analyze, and present MIS reports for management decision-making
- Perform regular reconciliation between broker statements and Tally records
- Consolidation of all Trader accounts in Tally on a daily basis
- Develop, analyse, and present MIS reports for management decision-making
Key Requirements:
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in broker statement accounting (global exposure preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
- Experience in handling foreign currency transactions and reconciliations
- Close attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple trader accounts simultaneously
